The countdown for closing will begin at at that time for 515 E. 3rd Avenue and will have 60 second bid extensions. This means that the bidding will close 60 seconds after the last bid is placed. If someone bids with three seconds left, the clock will reset to 60 seconds - although I do NOT recommend this approach lest your cell phone service blink out for a second or two and your bid does not make it. If you have our bidding app, you will receive outbid notifications in about 200 milliseconds. Once bidding is concluded for 515 E. 3rd Avenue, the countdown for 513 E. 3rd Avenue will go off. This is referred to as a 'cascading close' format and is simply where the bidding for an item doesn't begin until the preceding item has closed.
