This lot will be for a three year lease on +/-25 acres of land at the intersection of SR 138 and SR137 in Lunenburg County. The land has sustained the cattle herd we are selling and the owner is looking to retire.  We are selling the rights for a three year lease. The high bidder will pay the first year of the lease and sign the contract on the day of the sale. There will be 10% premium paid on the first year lease rate, and the tenant will pay the landowner directly for years two and three. Subsequent renewals will be decided by the landlord and tenant at the end of the lease.
